Åbn Kiggo, og log ind med den konto, du vil slette.
På Hjem-fanen: tryk på Abonnement øverst til højre.
Rul til bunden, og tryk på Slet min konto. Bekræft.

Kontoen og dine data slettes med det samme. Har du et abonnement, skal du opsige det i App Store eller Google Play — det kan Kiggo ikke gøre for dig, fordi betalingen ligger hos Apple eller Google. Se hvordan i brugervilkårene, punkt 5.

Kan du ikke logge ind?

Skriv til info@kiggo.dk fra den e-mailadresse, kontoen er knyttet til, med emnet Slet min Kiggo-konto. Vi sletter kontoen inden for 30 dage og bekræfter pr. mail.

Hvad slettes

din konto og din login-kobling (Google eller Apple)
din e-mailadresse og det aftryk af den, vi bruger til at genkende dig
din portefølje, dine favoritter og dine solgte poster
oplysningen om, hvilket abonnement du har haft

Kursbeskeder og indstillinger ligger kun på din enhed og forsvinder, når du sletter appen.

Hvad gemmes, og hvor længe

Regnskabsmateriale om et køb (fakturaer og betalingsposter hos Stripe, Apple eller Google) opbevares i 5 år, fordi bogføringsloven kræver det. Det indeholder ikke din portefølje. Alt andet slettes med det samme. Læs mere i privatlivspolitikken.

Delete your Kiggo account

The fastest way is inside the app. It takes less than a minute, and you do not need to write to anyone.

Open Kiggo and sign in with the account you want to delete.
On the Home tab: tap Subscription in the top right.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account. Confirm.

The account and your data are deleted immediately. If you have a subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first — Kiggo cannot do that for you, because the payment is with Apple or Google. See how in the terms, section 5.

Cannot sign in?

Write to info@kiggo.dk from the email address linked to the account, with the subject Delete my Kiggo account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

your account and your sign-in link (Google or Apple)
your email address and the fingerprint of it we use to recognise you
your portfolio, favourites and sold positions
the record of which subscription you have had

Price alerts and settings are only stored on your device and disappear when you delete the app.

What is kept, and for how long

Accounting records of a purchase (invoices and payment records at Stripe, Apple or Google) are kept for 5 years, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act. They do not contain your portfolio. Everything else is deleted immediately. Read more in the privacy policy.
