Her er de eksterne parter, der kan behandle personoplysninger i forbindelse med Kiggo. En databehandler behandler oplysninger på vores vegne og efter vores instruks. En selvstændigt dataansvarlig bestemmer selv over oplysningerne — typisk fordi du har en aftale direkte med dem, fx når du betaler i App Store.
Hvor oplysninger behandles uden for EU/EØS, sker det på grundlag af EU-Kommissionens standardkontraktbestemmelser (SCC) og, hvor det er relevant, EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

Processors and recipients

These are the external parties that may process personal data in connection with Kiggo. A processor handles data on our behalf and on our instructions. An independent controller decides over the data itself — typically because you have an agreement directly with them, for example when you pay in the App Store.
Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, this is done on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (SCC) and, where relevant, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
